All the Energy Not Visible

You Can’t Always See Energy.

So how do you begin to describe something that can manifest in an infinite number of forms? From that first day, I was given an important clue. At my school, the instructors were constantly entraining our fields to sense the different energy frequencies they were teaching us. 

The thing is, everything sits on an energy frequency: from rocks on the ground to the thoughts in our heads.

This means that all of our experiences are encoded as frequency and live inside us. Each of us has our own complement of what this frequency mix looks like. Who we are is a combination of this mix, causing us to vibrate at a certain rate or frequency. This complement will depend on:

• What we bring in through our family of origin 

• Our ancestral lineage

• An overlay of our life experiences

  
  

Stuck Energy and Healing

Now, if there is any trauma that remains unresolved, the energy becomes stuck at that point. But the rest of us, our timeline, continues to move as we move through life. Learning to heal with energy means learning to hold certain pure frequencies. In order to do this, it becomes necessary to clear energetic blocks that obstruct the free flow of energy on the specific frequency you are trying to achieve.

It’s Not About Technique

That is how you learn to heal with energy. It’s not about any particular technique, it’s about how much work you’ve done on yourself to clear your personal issues. All issues have a frequency. This includes:

• emotional difficulties we experience 

• errant thought patterns we hold 

• habitual ways of doing things that we don’t question

• physical issues we struggle with

  
  

Measuring Success

Successful outcomes in energy healing depend on the healer’s ability to hold specific frequencies of energy. Again, this is determined by how much inner work the healer has done to clear their own issues. 

A healer will naturally attract clients who carry the same resonant frequencies of the issues they themselves have held, but have now cleared.

From this more resolved state, the healer is able to effect healing because they remain a clear channel for energies from the universal energy field to flow into the client. 

End Result

This means they won’t be pulled into or distorted by the very issues the client is seeking to resolve. This is how energy healing works. It’s less about technique than about the ability to hold frequency, a function of the healer’s level of self-awareness. And when we clear what’s in the way, we free up energy to live more fully.
